I’m recovering well and am just a little sore now. The healing I received from my mother has healed all of my wounds. The soreness will have to be worked out on my own. Perhaps I can get Mabon to massage my sore muscles for me. She has a knack for such things.
Speaking of Mabon, she hadn’t been feeling well lately. I won’t go into detail about what her symptoms are but I thought it is obvious what it was. I called my friend Askashia to come and have a look at her. We both agreed on what it could be but weren’t going to jump to conclusions without a priestess having looked at her first.
I called for a priestess to come look at her. Sure enough we were right! With that news Mabon began to worry. The stress started to wear on her, and I couldn’t have that. At that moment a thought occurred to me. I suggested to her that we call our friend Laiyne to Darnassus and have her marry us. Then, have the official wedding on Saturday. She loved the idea.
I asked for Laiyne and her fiancé, Malarion, to be teleported to Darnassus to perform the wedding ceremony. There in the Temple of the Moon, in front of the fountain of Elune, we were married. It was much sooner than we had imagined but it put her at ease. Besides, there will still be next weekend to celebrate with our friends and family.
